  1. Purchase an item online, paid with PayPal. After 2 weeks, tracking showed item Not in System. Contacted PayPal and they asked me to try to resolve with seller. PayPal sent notice, dispute would be closed on 15th unless I contacted them. Still don’t have item, PayPal says they discovered suspicious activity on my account and I need to change my password. (They do this almost every time I try to log on, or pay with PayPal). Changed password, would not let me log on, dispute case now closed and I do not have my product. I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD AGAIN, If I have to to use PayPal, BYE BYE PayPal.
